Meet the team

Anth Fitches

Managing Director

Formerly our Head of Digital Marketing, Anth brings over 9 years industry experience with the strategic direction and management of digital marketing campaigns for clients such as Sainsbury’s, Business Direct, Debenhams, Edexcel and Pearson.

He has built up up strong client relationships at Flow and delivered some fantastic results for all concerned and as Managing Director he is responsible for the day to day management of the company as well as the design, development and digital marketing teams.

Chris Ogle

Business Development Manager

With over 10 years sales and management experience and 2 years of search marketing background, Chris brings a unique perspective to delivering clients higher search visibility, and ultimately sales leads to deliver revenue.

When Chris isn't helping his clients on their digital strategy, you can find him experimenting with the latest digital trends to discover new revenue streams to add additional value.

Dan Judge

Senior Developer

Dan is a self-taught developer who has created hundreds of websites over the past nine years. Here at Flow, he builds websites to client specifications and helps maintain existing customer systems using his knowledge of PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Whether the problem is big or small, Dan will find a solution to get a project back on track.

James Owers

Senior Developer

James a senior developer at Flow. He has over eight years’ web development experience including the development of large systems and ecommerce websites for clients such as the North East Regional Development Fund, Warmzones, The Scottish Football Association and the Society of Dyers and Colourists.

James is passionate about well-architectured, clean code and believes applications that perform complex functions don’t have to be complicated to use.

Michel Morel

Junior Developer

Michel has worked for award winning marketing and advertising agencies both in the UK and Australia. He has a degree in Digital Media and is a self taught web developer who has built a wide range of e-commerce sites.

Michel is passionate about building websites and solving technical issues for businesses.

Simon Elliott


Simon has been involved in web development for the past 15 years and has worked on a number of projects, from small personal websites to large custom-built systems. After qualifying from Northumbria University with first-class honours degree in web development, he spent two years in Edinburgh working for Rockstar Games on Grand Theft Auto V. Simon is currently developing his own iPhone game in his spare time.

Ian Ferguson

Digital Marketing Manager

Ian graduated university with a degree in Business and Marketing Management and has worked in the digital marketing world ever since. After spending 3 years in Yorkshire, he has recently moved back to the North East and focuses on implementing and managing digital client strategy for Flow. Ian firmly believes that in order to achieve maximum success, an integrated approach to Digital Marketing is vital and uses his knowledge of SEO, PPC Advertising and Social Media Management to accomplish client goals. Ian is also Google Adwords Certified.

Courtney Scarfe

Digital Marketing Assistant

Courtney is our Digital Marketing Assistant and one of our newest and youngest team members. She has a passion for photography, art and all things creative. After recently finishing her A-Levels at Sixth Form, including art, photography and media, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and creativity to the rest of the team.

Courtney specialises in Social Media Marketing and uses sites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to market businesses.

Susanne Münzer

Digital Marketing Executive

Susanne is one of our youngest and brightest team members, and understands everything you need to know in the world of social media. Having recently graduated from university, she brings a fresh perspective to the business. Aside from social media marketing, she is responsible for the realisation of client SEO and PPC campaigns. Susanne is also Google Adwords certified. Originally from Austria, she focussed on marketing within the tourism industry before making the move to Newcastle.

Florin Diaconu

Senior Designer

Originally from Romania, Florin is our lead designer with over four years’ experience having delivered digital design for businesses in the UK including Wakefield Council and digital agency Studio 116 near Leeds. With a BA in Graphic Communication and passion for design, UI and UX, Florin is responsible for the creative direction and delivery of all projects. His focus and drive lies in the end users experience, and his attention to detail with design is second to none.

Tracy Hayes

Office Manager

Tracy joined our team in September 2014, coming from Newcastle City Council following 29 years service. Tracy has over 30 years experience in administration, the latest role being a Supervisor of Managed Office Space, over 4 very different buildings. Tracy is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation and management of the Flow office, including financial management, non-legal staff management, space and facilities management, providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the office and management.

Emma-Jayne Goldsmith

Account Manager

As our Account Manager, Emma-Jayne brings to Flow almost a decade of client handling experience gained through technical and client/account management roles within some of the largest companies in their respective industries.

Emma-Jayne is creative yet solution focused with strong communication skills and will keep a close eye on projects from start to finish, as she manages them through the studio. Emma-Jayne is also on hand for the day to day management of Flows’ client accounts to maintain complete client satisfaction.
